We are a fast-growing SaaS company solving field service challenges for SME and enterprise clients. Our product spans workflow automation, ERP integration (SAP), mobile solutions, and complex reporting.
We are seeking a mid-level Product Owner who can operate with structure, clarity, and ownership — someone who can break down complex requirements, drive development independently, and grow into a leadership path.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of product modules — from discovery to delivery to iteration.
  • Write clear, structured user stories with edge cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with QA, Dev, and Integration teams to drive sprint delivery.
  • Handle stakeholder alignment (internal and external), especially in enterprise environments.
  • Understand system dependencies and data flows across modules (e.g., jobs, assets, DN, checklists).
  • Support UAT, collect feedback, and iterate product behavior accordingly.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner in SaaS or platform-based software.
    • Proven track record of owning and delivering functional modules.
    • Strong logical thinking, curiosity, and attention to edge cases.
    • Able to work independently with high accountability.
    • Familiarity with integration, workflow logic, or business rules is a big plus.
    • Experience working with dev/QA teams, writing specs, and managing grooming sessions.
    • Bonus: exposure to SAP, FSM tools, or report templating logic.

    What You’ll Get

    • Ownership over real business-critical product modules.
    • A supportive and product-driven culture that values logic, clarity, and results.
    • Direct exposure to enterprise clients and real-world impact.
    • Growth opportunities into senior PO or cross-functional leadership.
