Responsibilities:

- Learn to Assess and Support Product Quality

    • Support the assessment of product quality across the development lifecycle.
    • Learn to identify gaps or issues in testing processes, and contribute ideas to improve them.
    • Participate in efforts to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software.

    - Collaborate on Quality from Day One

    • Work alongside the product and development team to understand new features, suggest edge cases, and ensure quality from the planning stage.
    • Assist in writing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
    • Help identify which test cases could be automated in future phases.

    - Support Testing Activities

    • Contribute to the execution of manual and (eventually) automated test cases.
    • Learn to perform different types of testing like regression, smoke testing, and exploratory testing under the guidance of QA leads.
    • Assist in setting up and running automated tests (training provided).

    - Participate in Bug and Incident Handling

    • Help review and reproduce bugs reported by users or QA
    • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to gather information and align on next steps.
    • Learn how to document and manage bugs using internal tools (e.g. Jira).

    - Be Part of the Team

    • Actively join team activities such as daily standups, sprint planning, refinements and retrospectives.
    • Bring curiosity, questions, and a willingness to learn from others on the team.

        Requirements:

        • Are a final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Are curious about how software works and love breaking things (in a good way).
        • Have basic knowledge of software testing, especially in testing techniques and test methodologies Have basic knowledge of software testing tools (e.g., Playwrite, Postman, Appium, Selenium) – or are eager to learn.
        • Skill in programming in some following Javascript, Typescript are a plus
        • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
        • Critical Thinking: analyzing the issue, features and use case
        • Have a growth mindset and enjoy solving problems.
        • Communicate clearly in both English and Vietnamese.
